arthritis signs and symptoms

There are many types of arthritis, the most common being

They range from mild to severe and some can strike early in the teen years, but most are more common as we age and probably from poor dietary and exercise habits as well. How can one be sure if they have arthritis? Let's take a look at the signs of arthritis below and see if you or a loved one has any of the most common symptoms of arthritis.

Most Common Signs of Arthritis

There are different types of arthritis. You can look and see if you have any of the most common signs of arthritis. What is common to all types of arthritis are the following symptoms:

  • Pain around the joint
  • Redness or Swelling
  • Stiffness
  • Difficulty in using your hands or even walking
  • General Weakness
  • Fever
  • Unexplained Weight Loss
  • Insomnia
  • Muscle aches and pains
  • Tenderness around joints
  • Difficulty moving the joint through the normal range of motion
  • Muscle weakness
  • Loss of flexibility

Look at the above list and see if you notice any of the above arthritis symptoms, particularly if there are three or more, then you may be suffering from arthritis. Depending on whether this is affecting a particular joint socket (usually a form of Osteoarthritis) or your whole body (typically a form of Rheumatoid Arthritis) then you could narrow down the particular type that is frustrating you and begin a natural strategy to obtain complete and lasting relief from it.  It is not only possible but probable that you can move into a productive, pain free existence, free from arthritis pain and stiffness.

Common symptoms of arthritis are pain, inflammation and stiffness in particular joints. For Rheumatoid Arthritis symptoms, Spondylitis symptoms, Gout symptoms, and ankylosing spondylitis symptoms this is most commonly noticed upon arising in the morning. Osteoarthritis Symptoms are usually noticed later in the day, and some stiffness can be alleviated by simply moving the joint through a smooth range of motion. There may also be some restrictive movement of the affected joints along with some swelling and redness over the joints in many cases.

The affected joins can become tender to the touch and should be handled with care until you begin a course of treatment. The specific symptoms again will depend upon what type of arthritis you're actually suffering from although the vast majority of types of arthritis all include problems created by the pain, inflammation and swelling of joints.

It is wise to get a proper medical diagnosis, and once you do, then you can begin a path to recovery and we can help!  There are plenty of arthritis remedies that can give you lasting and permanent relief.  The quickest way to complete relief begins with an understanding of what type of arthritis is affecting you, and then discovering the exact steps that would benefit you the most.
