If you or a loved one has arthritis you've probably heard about Glucosamine Chondroitin MSM. They are the most common supplements purported to help rebuild joints and provide pain relief. They are much safer than the prescription medication that usually begin with a "Z" or end in "ex." Recommended Glucosamine Dosage


Glucosamine dosage: It is best to take about 500-1,000mg 2 to 3 times per day while rebuilding your joints and to reduce arthritis joint pain. Take it with your daily meals and it will be absorbed better.


Chondroitin Sulfate (Sulphate)


Chondroitin Sulfate is a negatively charged molecule that acts within the joint socket and is naturally attracted to joint surfaces. Chondroitin is a little more expensive than glucosamine, and does help rebuild the cartilage in the joints but not by itself! Glucosamine and Chrondroitin work best together. Chrondroitin really needs to be combined with glucosamine to have its effectiveness. It is a little more expensive than glucosamine, so it usually has a lower dosage when combined with it.


Does Chondroitin Have Any Side Effects?


Chondroitin side effects: Sulfate has no side effects and is pretty safe at any dosage. What your body does not use it will flush. That said proper balance is still suggested.

And I do take the combination after I perform a heavy workout or am on my feet all day. I like to have all the advantages in living a quality of life, even in my later years. Mobility and presence of mind are very important to me.
