We all know that doctors recommend that you limit your salt intake. It is because of this element (potassium iodine) that they are want you to not to put it into your body. Sea Salt is a different story. It is actually healthy and recommended! For radiation poisoning protection you should increase intake of unrefined natural sea salt, and also treat your water with a reverse osmosis water purification, and keep some Adya Clarity minerals with you.
Adya Clarity
Adya Clarity is a natural substance is made from (black mica extract), which comes from volcanoes and comes from the base minerals that zeolites (zeolit) is made from. After you have distilled or Reverse Osmosis Water Purification water, you really should add beneficial minerals back into your water, as it is left acidic and it will have lost its natural healthy structure. This really means that it is not as hydrating and as good for your body as natural spring water. You can add Adya Clarity or some good Ionic Minerals to your water (even a shake of sea salt to a gallon of water) to help re-mineralize and alkalize your water.

Whole house water purification: If you don’t live near a clean natural water spring, it is advisable to get your water from a RO type system. you can even get whole house water purification systems outfitted with reverse osmosis for not too much money. You’ll save money by not having to drive around and depend on others for your family’s health. Not to mention high fuel prices. There are lot of great home systems for you to use. Just remember to use water purification tablets (adya clarity) to the RO water if you are being affected by radiation or some other poison. It’s a small step to make sure you and your family will remain alive and well during some major catastrophe. Be well!
