The Best Treatment for Osteoarthritis Symptoms and Degerative Joint Disease Arthritis

The Best Treatment for Osteoarthritis Symptoms!

osteoarthritis symptoms

What is Osteoarthritis?

Osteoarthritis (OA) is widely referred to as “wear and tear” Arthritis. It is the number one most common form of Arthritis and is the result of cartilage wearing away from the joints. This cartilage is responsible for the smooth gliding of joints, and once it begins to deteriorate, the person is left with pain, joint swelling and inflammation, and even physical deformity. It’s the type you commonly see in pictures of swollen knees, fingers and even an enlarged back of the neck.

If you have been on this earth 45 years or longer, you are likely to have at least one joint affected by OA. Osteoarthritis affects men and women equally and is by far the most common type of arthritis, with between 16-25 million Americans in the list. People from other countries often have substantially lower rates of this condition. People afflicted with this form of arthritis usually note that their pain is greatest during times of movement, and then lessens significantly during periods of rest and relaxation.

Knee Osteoarthritis and Hip Pain

The common areas affected ore knee osteoarthritis, hip osteoarthritis, fingers, and also neck inflammation, making it difficult to stand sit or even sleep. This is usually the easiest form of arthritis to treat, and the symptoms are pretty easy to differentiate between the other types. I’m sure you know other people who have this, as it’s very common as we age.

Symptoms of Osteoarthritis

  • Joint Pain- this tends to be worse when rising in the morning
  • Joint Swelling and Inflammation- this occurs during periods of activity
  • Feeling a “Grinding” Sensation when a Joint is moved
  • Loss of Mobility and Flexibility

If you are experiencing the above osteoarthritis symptoms or a combination of them, you may want to refer to your physician or therapist for an actual medical diagnosis and recommended osteoarthritis treatment options.

Osteoarthritis Causes

  • Previous Sports related or Joint Injuries
  • Genetically Inherited (it appears that Osteoarthritis runs in families)
  • Metabolic Disorders
  • Repeated Occurrences of Gout and Gout like Diseases
  • Damaged Bones near the joints
  • Inflammatory diseases like rheumatism
  • Osteoporosis

The main cause of OA is not clear to traditional medicine, yet doctors have many suspicions. For instance, X-rays can tell that Arthritis is present, yet the amount of pain reported by Osteoarthritis sufferers can differ dramatically from the results of the X-ray alone. Though many people refer to Osteoarthritis as the “wear and tear” disease, evidence shows that this disease and its mysterious cause are not as simple as that definition. In fact, “wear and tear” does not take place in just one joint, but affects joints simultaneously throughout the body.

Degenerative Joint Disease and Arthritis

Sufferers with degenerative joint disease or degenerative arthritis like Osteoarthritis of knee and Hip Osteoarthritis , often suffer Osteoarthritis in the ankles, wrist or fingers as well . Also, people don’t suffer with Osteoarthritis on just one side of their body or in one location (osteoarthritis neck) as would be expected due to wear and tear; but because it seems to affect the body concurrently, it appears that Osteoarthritis is a systematic disease affecting all of the cartilage at once.

Studies suggest that OA is a result of cartilage that has stopped functioning at optimum level. Cartilage is continuously undergoing a process where it is broken down, then rebuilt by cells called chondrocytes. When this process becomes unbalanced and there is more breakdown than repair, it then becomes referred to as “End Stage Osteoarthritis.” It is at this stage that joint pain and impairment begin to manifest.

Gout and Gouty Arthritis Treatment

The word Most Commonly Associated with Gouty Arthritis, or  Gout is... Ouch!

Just What is Gout?

gouty arthritis treatment woman playing piano

What is gout? Gout is classified as a type of arthritis because it affects the joints, and is associated with rheumatic inflammation as well.  When it settles into a big toe (a common area for uric acid accumulation) it is called Podagra.

Causes of Gout

The main gout causes are usually high uric acid crystals in the blood that deposit into the joints and cause severe swelling and pain.

It usually find it's way to the persons foot and toes and that is where it has its most devastating effects.  Stress adds to this condition as it does to most illness because it raises our cortisol (stress hormone) level and lowers our growth hormone levels (tissue recovery and longevity).

High Uric Acid Levels

Our kidneys can usually filter out the excess uric acid when they are functioning properly. With uric acid levels, they can be overrun when we do not eat a healthy diet (too many gout foods like seafood) and have too many simple sugars (carbohydrates) and other purine (uric acid) rich foods and do not drink enough water.

During attacks alcoholic drinks or other drinks that dehydrate our body make the symptoms appear worse.  We should drink as much water as we can and eat a bowl of vegetable soup (with cayenne or turmeric) as the alkalinity will quench the acidity of the uric acid and help relieve the flare ups.

Gout Symptoms

The most common Gout Symptoms are:

  • Rapid onset red hot joint area (Gout Flare)
  • Swollen and tender joints (usually the big toe)
  • Fever
  • Intense and burning pain
  • Very tender to the touch
  • Symptoms last 3-10 days, with flares of symptoms
  • Other joints affected - fingers, ankle, knee or wrist
  • General soreness in joints

What people are most affected by gout?

Gout usually affects people after their young adult years.  Usually men between the ages of 40 and 50 are most affected.  Women are affected after menopause, particularly if they have other kidney problems.  Children are rarely affected.  There may be some genetic inheritance to this condition as well.

Gout Treatment

Gout is most commonly treated by prescription anti-inflammatory medications to reduce the swelling and lessen the pain.  This is a short-term patch only, and will actually make the condition worse in the long run.  It is best to treat the source of the problem, which is poor nutrition and activity levels.  There are a few things you can do to start a rapid fire path to recovery and the best gout treatment is to limit the foods that cause gout and start following a proper gout lowering uric acid diet:

Gout Uric Acid Diet

  • Follow the Arthritis Diet as much as you can
  • Start Drinking Alkaline Water (normal acidic water increases Gout Symptoms)
  • Reduce simple sugars in your diet
  • Reduce starchy carbohydrates like potatoes and carrots (until you improve)
  • Reduce Asparagus, Cauliflower and mushroom consumption
  • Add as many green vegetables to your diet (they are alkaline and reduce acid)
  • Avoid seafood and meat as much as you can
  • Limit strong coffee as it will breakdown protein quickly and bring on symptoms
  • Eat almonds and walnuts
  • Eat pineapple, papaya and berries
  • Exercise 10-30 minutes a day (Joint Friendly Arthritis Exercises)

Along with the gout diet, make sure you get some daily exercise and sunlight if you can as part of your gout remedy.  Even if you have gout toe, you can still do some water exercise or do leg lifts while sitting in a chair.  Movement is necessary to speed recovery.

Do some of the things you enjoy and try not to let stress aggravate you too much or you will hasten a gout flare. Watch a comedy or sing up your favorite tune as this will stimulate growth hormone and lessen cortisol, assisting your gout treatment for recovery.

Remedies for Gout

First and foremost you need to get rid of the excess acid in your body. For gout, adding extra minerals to your water will remove the acidity (the cause of gout) and actually rejuvenate you. David Wolfe is an expert nutritionist and natural healing practitioner explains how you can neurtalize the acid in your diet, and remove the CAUSE of gout, once and for all!

Natural Relief for Gout:

Here are the best natural gout remedies. First you need to reduce the uric acid buildup and alkalize your diet. Then stop any infections from happening in your body as this may an underlying cause of gouty arthritis. Then you need to rebuild and nourish your joints. Finally you might want to get some natural pain relief until you no longer have this condition. Follow the simple guidelines below and prevent Gouty Arthritis from attacking you ever again:

Prevent and Treat Infections:

  • Zapper - Consider getting a Terminator Zapper which kills pathogens electronically
  • Medicinal Mushrooms (will reset your immune system, so it will function normally and stop attacking your body and joints)
  • Zeolites - Get rid of the Infections and Heavy Metal Deposits

Reduce Acid and Alkalize Your Body

  • Gout Diet – Follow the Gout diet above first and foremost.
  • Drink Purified WaterNo Tap or Unpurfied Bottled Water (It has chlorine, calcium, pharmaceuticals, fluoride, etc). Look at getting a home Reverse Osmosis (RO) water filtration system if you can. Or at least get your water from a water store that uses RO.

Rheumatoid Arthritis Symptoms and Holistic Treatments That Work

Discover The One Rheumatoid Arthritis Treatment That Works!

Do You Have Rheumatoid Arthritis?

rheumatory arthritis

Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) is the second major type of arthritis in the world - exceeded in number of cases only by Osteoarthritis (OA). It is a very serious ailment caused by pain and inflammation of the joints. The pain associated with the RA is at times so severe that it almost completely immobilizes its sufferers. It affects women more often than men. In fact almost 75% of the 2 million people with rheumatoid arthritis in the United States are women.

Inflammatory Reactive Arthritis

Unlike the most common type of arthritis Osteoarthritis, which typically begins after the age of 45, RA can hit as early as teen years and is most common in the 20-40 age groups. It is thought that it is an inherited condition and is brought on by environmental factors and social stresses. It is a reactive inflammatory type of arthritis that generally follows a body wide rheumatism due to an infection in another part of the body.

Juvenile Rheumatoid Arthritis

Juveniles are not immune from this immune system attacking disorder either. In children, it is usually accompanied by lethargy (feeling sluggish and lazy), reduced physical activity and poor appetite. If you have any kids that are complaing of morning stiffness in thier joints accompanied by the other general JIA symptoms above, then please have them diagnosed by a doctor to verify if they have JIA.

Rheumatoid Arthritis pain is worse in the morning compared to the osteoarthritis where the pain worsens throughout the day. As the condition progresses the inflammatory activity leads to erosion and destruction of the synovium or joint cavity, which limits their normal range of movement and can even lead to physical deformity of the joint area.

RA affects the sufferer on two levels: the joint level, and the entire body. The person affected will experience joint related symptoms as well as a system-wide immune response which can further complicate the condition. Getting rheumatoid arthritis help is a must because if left alone it could lead to a weakened immune system.

Symptoms of Rheumatoid Arthritis

Joint-Level

  • Morning stiffness. Joint stiffness may develop after you just get up in the morning, and after long periods of lying down or sitting and can last for several hours.
  • Painful, swollen, tender, and stiff joints. Both sides of the body are usually affected, especially the hands, wrists, elbows, knees, ankles, feet, or even the neck. They may feel hot to the touch.
  • Nodules or Bumps. Rheumatoid nodules ranging in size from a pea to a grape develop in nearly one-third of people who have rheumatoid arthritis. They usually form over pressure points in the body such as the elbows, knuckles, spine, and lower leg bones.

System-Level

  • Fatigue and General Malaise.
  • A loss of appetite or Nausea.
  • General Irritability.
  • Depression.
  • Anxiety
  • Feelings of Helplessness.
  • Weight loss.
  • Low-Grade fever.
  • Numbness and tingling in the extremities.

If you are experiencing the above symptoms or a combination of them, you may want to refer to your physician or therapist for an actual medical diagnosis. Your doctor or practitioner will try to determine the causes of your symptoms based on your description, your medical history, and a physical examination. They also may use x rays and laboratory tests to distinguish between other conditions and rheumatoid arthritis. A blood test can be done for rheumatoid factor, which is present in 80% of people with rheumatoid arthritis, but it may not be visible early on.

Arthritis and Rheumatism

In RA, synovial inflammation and damage is a common source of the problem. Doctors and researchers are not absolutely sure what causes it, but most think that rheumatoid arthritis is a disease in which the immune system actually attacks certain tissues in the body, including those that connect the joints and the synovium. Rheumatoid Arthritis typically advances in stages beginning with painful swelling and stiffness of the joints. In the next stage the pain intensifies and the bones and cartilage become severely affected thereby restricting the movement and flexibility of the person altogether.

It may even progress further until scar tissue actually forms in the joint or, in extreme cases, until the bones actually fuse together. The fingers can deviate towards the little finger and can assume asymmetrical shapes. By this time the diseases becomes chronic and defies all conventional treatment options.

Causes of Rheumatoid Arthritis

The actual causes of Rheumatoid Arthritis are not totally understood by traditional medicinefollow. Here are the most common culprits that medical science knows of:

• Auto-Immune Dysfunction (Overactive Response).
• Genetically inherited (it appears that Rheumatoid Arthritis sometimes runs in families).
• Bacterial, Viral or Fungal Infection.
• Environmental Factors (Stressors)
• Food Allergies

Rheumatoid Arthritis Nutrition

  • Limit Simple Sugars and refined foods as they lead to inflammation
  • Limit starchy vegetables like potatoes and carrots until you get complete relief
  • Eat as many green salads and vegetables as you can
  • Add almonds and walnuts to your diet
  • Eat pineapple, papaya and berries regularly
  • Take natural anti-inflammatories like turmeric, ginger, boswellia and cayenne
  • Add SuperFoods to your diet, particularly dark chocolate (high cacao %), wheat-grass and even Red Wine if you can handle it.

Treatments for Rheumatoid Arthritis

There are a number of things you can do to get complete and lasting relief for Rheumatoid Arthritis. If you are fully committed to getting better, you can most assuredly get relief. If you try doing a few of these things, you will find that you can greatly improve and even reverse the symptoms and condition of Rheumatory Arthritis for good!

A key to experiencing a full recovery from rheumatoid arthritis pain and inflammation begins with giving your body the nutrition and supplementation it needs to rebuild your joints from the inside out. First and foremost follow the Rheumatoid Arthritis Diet guidelines above.

Rheumatoid Factor in RA

Immune System – The Rheumatism in RA

Next we need to address the immune system situation by resetting your immune system in general. Start Cranking up your natural immunity by taking the greatest immune enhancer in the world – Medicinal Mushrooms! Get a Terminator Zapper, which removes parasites and pathogens from your body on a regular basis.

Arthritis – The Arthritic Part of RA

At the same time, begin rebuilding your joints naturally by orally supplementing with MSM, Silica, Ionic Minerals, MegaHydrate and Magnesium. Do not take extra supplemental Calcium as that is a source of the problem! You can also use some topically applied supplements that penetrate deeply and remove the pain quickly. They are DMSO (which is topically applied MSM) or Silicum (Silica Gel). These act very quickly and penetrate deeply and give you fast relief while rebuilding your joint socket.

You need to reduce the acidity of your body and reset your body’s immune system. If you can do these two things, you will able to get lasting relief from rheumatoid arthritis.

Here is the complete list of natural remedies for RA:

  • MSM - Take 5-10 grams of this natural sulfur supplement in divided doses each day.
  • Vitamin C - Combine this with MSM to triple the effects of each.
  • Camu Camu – Is a natural plant substance that is the highest in Vitamin C in the world.
  • SilicaTake Silica (Orgono Living Silica is by far the best) but you can also get it from herbs like horsetail or cat’s claw.
  • Hydrate Your JointsTake Mega Hydrate which penetrates into your joint socket and lubricates it.
  • MagnesiumTake a magnesium supplement and eat foods rich in magnesium (Raw Cacao, also known as Organic Dark Chocolate is a really good source).
  • Ionic Minerals – Take orally once per day. (Will Alkalize your body and quench acidity)
  • DMSO, Silicium G5 Gel or Orgono Living Silica Gel applied topically can help bring very rapid pain relief (DMSO is a highly absorbable form of MSM).
  • Arthritis Dieteat some fruits and vegetables every day if you can.
  • Drink Purified WaterfollowNo Tap or Unpurfied Bottled Water (It has chlorine, calcium, pharmaceuticals, fluoride, etc). Look at getting a home Reverse Osmosisfollow (RO) water filtration system if you can. Or at least get your water from a water store that uses RO.
  • Arthritis ExerciseDo some walking or yoga stretching every day.
  • Zapper - Consider getting a Terminator Zapper which you can use right over the sore joint.
  • Medicinal Mushrooms (will reset your immune system, so it will function normally and stop attacking your body and joints)

Discover The Arthritis Treatment That Works!

Discover The Arthritis Treatment That Really Works!

Traditional Arthritis Treatments

arthritis treatment calcification

Medical Doctors like to treat arthritis by reducing the pain and inflammation. This is a valid concern but doesn't address the cause of the arthritis. If they actually treated the cause and not the symptoms of arthritis, they would lose you as a customer and their huge paychecks.

Unfortunately, these prescriptions can not only bankrupt you, but they can actually land you in the hospital! (where they win again, and you'll be financing their "treatments" for a long time to come.) People who undergo surgeries to "fix" their arthritis will soon find it showing up again. Time to pay your doctor again. Get off that bandwagon!

They really depend on you to keep coming back for "arthritis treatments" that cover the symptoms, and yet you return and pay them again and again. Good for them, not so good for you. There is a much better solution! This one treats the cause not only the symptoms. With no cause, you will have no symptoms of arthritis - Ever!

The Arthritis Treatment That Works

Well, you might ask, just what is this miracle arthritis treatment? It is no miracle. It's not rocket science either. It's just good 'ol common sense and some inside knowledge of how a healthy body's joints operate. What do you think is in your joints that is causing this pain, inflammation and swelling?

CALCIUM?

Yes, Calcium! Just what you probably thought it was. And you were absolutely right. But doesn't every traditional medical expert tell us that we have calcium deficiencies, and our bones and joints are weak from a lack of this mineral? Right again. That is their "expert opinion." Then why do we have calcium deposits in our joints causing this arthritis to begin with? TOO MUCH BAD CALCIUM IN YOUR DIET!

Have you noticed that everything these days is "calcium fortified?" Even your orange juice! They want customers and they want them bad.

Fact - It is actually Magnesium, Sulfur and Silica that play the biggest role in joint and bone health. We've have the largest calcium intake in the world, and the highest level of arthritis and osteoporosis. Isn't that what they tell us is supposed to fix those problems? We'll they're wrong! The evidence speaks for itself. If it worked, you would not be reading this! Research shows that when you actually break your hip, then you fall, not the other way around. This is from the junk calcium actually robing the proper calcium out of your bones making them brittle like peanut butter.

What happens when you disturb the flow of water in the ocean? Imagine walking on a pier and looking at the legs that are in the water disturbing the natural flow and tell me what you see = Barnacles! This happens anywhere there is a disturbance of the natural flow. Your body is exactly the same way.

Holistic Arthritis Treatment Solution

The solution is called DE-CALCIFICATION! Yes, getting rid of this excess calcium in your whole body. You need to get this out of your body before it makes your life hard and miserable, just like that junk calcium. I'll show what excess calcification does to your whole body depending on where it ends up:

  • Joints = Arthritis
  • Heart = Atherosclerosis
  • Kidneys = Stones
  • Gall Bladder = Stones
  • Brain = Stroke
  • Eyes = Cataracts
  • Ears = HARD of Hearing (yes calcium is hard)
  • Bladder = Uric Acid Formation
  • Lungs = Emphysema
  • Mouth and Teeth = Plaque

Need I say more?  So, please stop taking calcium supplements as they end up in your joints (arthritis) not in your bones. Excess calcium is the problem, and I will show you what you can do to get rid of the excess calcium in your body and heal, not just your arthritis but many underlying conditions as well in one fell swoop!

Magnesium, Sulfur & Silica

Get most of the calcium you need from living sources, like eating fruits and vegetables, particularly greens. It is in the form that your body can use. Traditional calcium supplements actually leech calcium from your bones to try and balance the acidity of the supplement and deposit in your joints, organs and blood vessels. Properly balanced with magnesium, sulfur and silica: you will naturally increase bone density and strength, and get rid of the bad calcium that is lodged in your joints, organs, brain and blood vessels.

Natural Solution:

  • DMSO, Silicium G5 Gel or Orgono Living Silica Gel applied topically can help bring very rapid pain relief (DMSO is a highly absorbable form of MSM).
  • Arthritis Dieteat some fruits and vegetables every day if you can.
  • Drink Purified Water - No Tap or Unpurfied Bottled Water (It has chlorine, calcium, pharmaceuticals, fluoride, etc). Look at getting a home Reverse Osmosis (RO) water filtration system if you can. Or at least get your water from a water store that uses RO.
  • Arthritis ExerciseDo some walking or yoga stretching every day.
  • Zapper - Consider getting a Terminator Zapper which you can use right over the sore joint.

Just take one supplement from each line. Some have more than one item as a choice, but you only need to take one supplement per line for complete Arthritis Pain Relief.

You can find all the above items listed reviewed separately under the the Arthritis Remedies menu.

Water Alert! What You Don’t Know Could Hurt You!

Water 2.0 Bottled, Tap or Filtered – Which is The Safest?

purfied water in glass

Our planet, body and even brain is mostly water 70-80% approximately. But not all water is equal! We need fresh, non-sea water for our drinking, cooking and bathing purposes.  Without proper water hydration in our bodies, we can’t perform at our peak levels, we look older, our skin becomes wrinkly and dry, we get dandruff and keep toxins inside of our body.  So, water is important to our health as well as our life.

The type and quality of the water we drink and bathe in directly affects our performance, whether physical, mental or on the job. There are chemicals in some types of water that actually “dumb us down” when you drink it. It will cause you to be more sluggish and perform more poorly as well as still be thirsty after you drink it.

When it comes to the water we drink there are three main choices: Tap Water, Bottled Water, and Home Filtration Systems. Let’s look at each of the three and see the pro’s and con’s of each method.

Tap Water (The Most Common)

Tap water  is the least expensive of all and some researchers say that it is no more harmful than bottled water for drinking purposes. But is that a true statement? Lets look at some of what is really in the tap water you may be drinking:

Pros of Tap Water

  • Least expensive source of water
  • Removes most harmful pathogens
  • Softens water – making it more alkaline
  • Balances PH level
  • Removes some contaminants

Cons of Tap Water:

  • Fluoride (dangerous chemical – leads to lethargy, parkinsons and tooth decay – you read this right!)
  • Chlorine (dangerous chemical – causes asthma, allergies, rashes and brain damage)
  • Pharmaceuticals (dangerous chemicals – depends on the drug in the water)
  • Pesticides, Fungicides, Herbicides (Kills cells bad and good – leads to digestion and brain problems)
  • Calcium (excess calcium leads to arthritis, atherosclerosis, tumors and osteoporosis)
  • Lead (dangerous heavy metal – poison to the nervous system)
  • Plastics (harmful chemicals in some plastics lead to cancer and tumors)
  • Bacteria (some bacteria are harmful and lead to illness)
  • Heavy Metals (brain and nervous system poisoning)
  • Tastes pretty bad in most areas
  • You still need a container to travel with

Bottled Water

Bottled Water  comes in many shapes, sizes, tastes and purity levels. Is it really better than tap water for drinking? Let’s look at the pro’s and con’s of most bottled water (they will all vary according to manufacturer):

Pros of Bottled Water:

  • Greater Filtration than tap water
  • More control over quality
  • Greater convenience – take it you anywhere
  • You can get it delivered
  • Taste is much better

Cons of Bottled Water:

  • Up to 500% more expensive
  • Causes environmental damage due to processing and trucking of water
  • Added plastic molecules into the water
  • Leaves some pharmaceuticals
  • Leaves some heavy metals
  • Leaves some fluoride
  • Leaves some chlorine
  • Leaves some heavy metals
  • Removes some necessary minerals making it more acidic

Kiosk or Water Store

Your local water store or roadside kiosk. Is their water any better than tap or bottled? Let’s take a look at the pros and cons of the water store:

Pros of the Water Store or Kiosk Systems:

  • Removes almost all pathogens
  • Removes almost all pharmaceuticals
  • Removes almost all pesticides
  • Removes almost all heavy metals
  • Removes almost all fluoride
  • Removes almost all chlorine
  • Tastes really good

Cons of Water Store or Kiosk Systems:

  • You have to travel to get it and bring your own bottle (Gas $$)
  • Can be inconvenient at times, as you are dependent on their hours
  • Quality levels vary, depending on filter checks and whether a kiosk or actual store
  • Can remove all minerals making it more acidic (some have alkalizing balancing)

Brita, Pur and Mavea type home pitcher filtration systems

Brita , Pur , Mavea and other pitcher type home filtration systems need no installation. You just pour tap water into the top of a pitcher and water will be filtered by a carbon filter, which traps large particles from entering the drinking water. Is this any better than the other sources of water?

Pros of Brita Water

  • Relatively inexpensive
  • Traps large particles from entering drinking water
  • Filters some of the chlorine out of the water
  • Filters some of the calcium out of the water
  • Makes it taste a little better, but not much

Cons of Brita Water

  • Does not remove Fluoride
  • Does not remove Chlorine
  • Does not remove heavy metals
  • Does not remove all toxins
  • Does not remove pharmaceuticals
  • Does not taste very good
  • You still need a container to travel with

Home Filtration Systems & Reverse Osmosis

Now let’s look at home filtration systems. Reverse Osmosis Systems  are by far the best, followed by triple filter systems . Is it worth it to do it myself? Here are the pro’s and con’s of DIY home filtration systems for water purification:

Pros of Home Filtration Systems:

  • Removes almost all pathogens
  • Removes almost all pharmaceuticals
  • Removes almost all pesticides
  • Removes almost all heavy metals
  • Removes almost all fluoride
  • Removes almost all chlorine
  • Removes almost all PVC and plastic molecules
  • Tastes really good

Cons of Home Filtration Systems:

  • More expensive at first (gets less expensive as you use it)
  • You still need a container to take it with you if you travel
  • Can remove all minerals making it more acidic (some have alkalizing balancing)

Conclusion:

If you have the money a full home filtration system is the best for you and your family’s health. Next best is going to your local water store or kiosk., Followed by bottled, and next Brita and last but not least tap water, unless you live in Yosemite where the tap is better than all of the above! Here they are in order:

  1. Home Filtration System (Unless you live near a natural spring or water source like Yosemite)
  2. Water Store
  3. Water Kiosk
  4. Bottled
  5. Brita
  6. Tap

Get the best you can, and at the very least DO NOT DRINK THE TAP! Don’t let your local water district do it for you, if they start cutting their budgets, then it will get even worse. You don’t need to count on them! I’d recommend a commercial grade water purification system for your house if you really can. If gas prices get too high you will be even smarter not having to go out to get your water. This is one of the best health decisions you could possibly make!

Reverse Osmosis Water Purification Commercial Grade Complete Unit, The Eliminator, 300 GPD: GE

Reverse Osmosis Water Purification Commercial Grade Complete Unit, The Eliminator, 300 GPD: GE

Hope this helps you make a better choice when it comes to you and your family’s health. Get the best water you can and drink up!

You’re not sick, but you sure don’t feel like yourself anymore.  You may ask just when does the “Menopause Age” begin?  It usually starts when you are between 45 and 55 years old, and you haven’t experienced a normal menstruation for about a year.

Pre Menopause

Pre Menopause begins a few years before that, and will be accompanied by irregular periods (stop for a few months and start up again).  This typically begins when you are in your mid to late 30′s to the early 40′s.

Pre menopause symptoms you may experience:

  • PMS symptoms
  • Extra weight gain (particularly around hips and thighs)
  • Hair Loss or Thinning
  • Growth of Facial and arm hair
  • Bloating (retaining water)
  • Lowered sex drive
  • Migraines or Headaches
  • Irritability
  • Depression
  • Endometriosis
  • Infertility

And as time move onward, you may notice the symptoms becoming more and more pronounced.  This is due to the hormonal changes within your body which will eventually lead to menopause night sweats and menopause weight gain.  We will show you how you can control these with a few easy changes to your daily routine.

Signs of Menopause

When menopause begins in full you will probably have at least a few of the most common signs of menopause listed below:

  • Anxiety
  • Hot Flashes
  • Night Sweats
  • Mood Swings
  • Vaginal Dryness
  • Urinary Changes
  • Bloating
  • Changes in Appetite

Menopause is a normal part of life and you can think of it as being a Graduation.  You are maturing in experience and wisdom and your body is leaving behind what no longer is most beneficial for you and replacing it with a biochemistry that will suit you best as you move into the middle age years.  It does not have to be a negative experience.  If you make peace with the condition, you can move forward knowing that you are moving into a new exciting period of your life.  More freedom from periods and menstruation discomfort.

Menopause Treatment Options

You can either see your doctor or health provider for a medical diagnosis or try a home menopause test  .  There are plenty of things you can do to make this a smooth transition.  You can reduce the occurrence of most menopause symptoms with a few changes in your diet and exercise routines.   Begin to include as many natural organic green vegetables and fresh fruits into your daily diet.

We recommend organic as the pesticides  in conventional foods accelerate the symptoms of menopause.  Try to include 30 minutes of walking or weight bearing exercise per day.  This is critical for bone mass and overall health as well.  Get at least 20 minutes of daily sunlight if possible too.
